I found the location really good. It sits right by the river!!! the staff was always ready to assist with a warm smile. housekeeping kept the room super clean each day, it was very nice. the free coffee and tea service in the lobby saved me a bit of money.
I noticed a slight burnt-oil smell sometimes when in the parking garage. This was a little unpleasant.

I found the location very convenient for exploring the city. It was close to many attractions. the hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, a nice touch. my room had a coffee machine. This allowed me to enjoy a fresh cup anytime! the breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety.
this was a minor issue, but it did detract from the overall experience. i hope they address this to improve the atmosphere .

The location is central. I was close to attractions. a big parking area was available. i also noticed the restaurant overlooks the river. It was really nice. the staff showed kindness and politeness. I felt welcomed.
the bathroom needed better cleanliness. i noticed hair in the shower and on the floor, it was not nice. the strong sewage smell in the room was hard to ignore. it did not fully disappear even after airing it out.
